What is the objective of 3Quest Challenge?
Using your smartphone, you'll progress through a series of three Quests. In each quest are three checkpoints that you'll need to solve a puzzle at and collect a clue. After all 3 Quests, you'll come back to your Home Base, answer one more question, and then solve the final puzzle. The goal is to complete 3Quest Challenge by answering all questions and solving the final puzzle correctly!

Do we pay for tickets per person, or per smartphone?
Just like other walking tours and attractions, our city games are priced per person. We enroll the use of the honor system.
Do I have to pay for my child to come with me?
Where do we park?
We do not have designated areas for parking, you will have to locate an area downtown near your starting location.
Can we carry alcohol while doing the quest?
You would have to check on the laws in your city to know that for sure, but if you are allowed in your city, we don’t mind either!
What is your refund policy?
We pride ourselves on the unique scavenger hunts that we build and want our guests to have a fun experience. If you have completed a scavenger hunt and were not happy with it, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to provide either a refund or a credit to play another one of our games you may be interested in instead. We do not provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, invalid coupon code use, road closures or other issues beyond our control. If you are no longer able to use your ticket at your originally planned time, we would be happy to reschedule your game at no charge. You can reschedule for any day, any city, and even any of our 5 games we offer (Crazy Dash, Wacky Walks, 3Quest Challenge, Operation City Quest, and Zombie Scavengers). Our tickets are valid for 2 years when you purchase directly through our website. We cannot provide refunds for tickets purchased through third-parties such as Groupon, TripAdvisor, or Expedia. If you purchased through a third party and would like a refund, please contact your retailer directly.
